Booking Process
BOOKING PROCESS:
Contact Us or call: 1 (907) 306-1105 and let us know the date your looking for, include alternate days if possible, and the number of people in your party.
Once your request is received, we will email you to confirm the flight date and number in party, as well as ask a couple of questions relevant to your flight. You will receive a separate email from Riverbank Safaris which is your electronic invoice. Please pay this invoice immediately to hold/confirm the reservation, and then keep it for check in.
On the day of your trip, you will receive group text (from the above number) around 8am Alaska time confirming any updated flight information for your trip.

Things to think about when booking:
You should not plan plane connections on the same day of this trip, it is not worth the stress. If visiting Brooks Camp in Katmai is extremely important to you, please allow time in your schedule for possible rescheduling of this trip. This tour flies two hundred miles and through multiple mountain passes to reach Katmai, we do sometimes have to cancel or move our time around for weather and fog.
Please be aware that medical care is not readily available in Brooks Camp. You will be traveling to a remote part of the state only accessed from air.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full payment is due at the time of booking to confirm reservation
Cancellation due to weather: 100% refund
Cancellation 90+ days before your tour: 90% refund
Cancellation 7-89 days before your tour: 50% refund
Cancellation within 14 days: No refund
